仁稔 – 又名「人臉子」或「銀鏈」，為季節性產物，只在夏天才結果實，味道偏酸但果味濃郁，是一究極之味覺享受，由50年代起，很多「馬姐」(等同現時的工人)，皆會用仁稔來炮製自家醬料，利用此醬來烹調同的菜式或以粥品拌食，於夏天以酸味帶動食慾，但因仁稔只於夏天才可收成，所以實屬季節限定，所以相信很多人也未必品嚐過此等滋味。

為增加此醬的以口感，「蘇太」以仁稔為主，配搭鮮嫩爽口的子薑和面豉，味道略酸而果味濃郁的配搭，醒胃非常，於盛夏時用作蒸、煮或炒菜，更為適合，精神更為之一振。【適合素食者】
